Did you know that the proposed change to the Exemptions has been postponed until April 2010?
4Recycling Limited is currently involved in the consultation stage with the EA for the new standard permits that are scheduled to replace some of the exemptions.
We are also involved in the guidance consultation to help the EA better understand the problems that can occur when recycling beneficial organic products to agricultural or restoration land.
This input into the consultation allows the industry to demonstrate it can recycle responsibly and benefit agriculture at the same time.
The compliance team has extensive experience of regulating this operation so can offer a unique insight into the problems and benefits from both sides of the regulatory fence.
